How long does shipping take?

After processing (1–3 business days), delivery typically takes 7–14 business days depending on your location:

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Free shipping is available on eligible orders and will be applied automatically at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, and New Zealand.

Will I have to pay customs or import fees?

Customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.


📦 Order Tracking

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this on our Track My Order page or directly on the carrier's website.

My tracking hasn't updated — what should I do?

Tracking can take 48–72 hours to update after dispatch. If it still hasn't updated after 5 business days, please contact us at tsmarket.support@gmail.com.

I didn't receive a tracking email. What now?

Check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, contact us and we'll resend it right away.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

How do I start a return?

Email us at tsmarket.support@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process within 24–48 hours.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.
