Returns You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items Items that show signs of use or are not in their original condition are not eligible for a return.
