Return & Refund Policy

At Tenderly, your satisfaction — and your baby's safety — are our top priorities. If something isn't right with your order, we want to make it easy to resolve.


30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your item was delivered, we are unfortunately unable to offer a return or refund.


Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email)

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been used, opened (where applicable), or are not in their original condition.


How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at tsmarket.support@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our Tenderly team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
  4. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund

Refund Process

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at tsmarket.support@gmail.com. Include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damage or defect

We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — no need to return the item in most cases.


Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We'll send the correct item and cover any return shipping costs.


International Returns

Customers returning items from outside the United States are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Tenderly cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used or opened (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items returned after the 30-day window
  • Items not in original condition or packaging
